It's Over [21 Nov 2004|12:43am] [ mood | enthralled ] [ music | Deliverance - Bubba Sparxx ] Wow, the past three days have been amazing, and it's sad to think that it is all over. Although I wasn't actually in any of the skits or dances, I feel like I was still a part of it all. It was so fun to hang out witha ll the cast, every one of you are amazing. We sold out all three nights, and even sold standing area seats for the saturday show, all three nights of performaces were great. My favortie thing in the whole show was Musicology. I have decided that I am going to buy the tape, and I'm gonna watch the show like over and over again. The party at Cn was a ton of fun, thumbs up to Liz for the idea. It was so hilarious watching everyone falling on their ass, how funny is it that we all used to go there like every other weekend and now can barely stay on our feet. I'd like to give a big shout out to Frank for getting cake icing in my hair. Oh and to Anthony thanks for making me jog around the rink , lol you boys are wonderful! Wow It's Been A While [17 Nov 2004|08:37pm] [ mood | frustrated ] [ music | Must Get Out - Maroon 5 ] It's been like forever since my last update. A lot has been going on since I wrote last time. I dont feel like writing a super long entry, so I'll try to keep it short. Um, Variety Show is Thursday, Friday and Saturday, everyone come even though you'll only see me selling tickets and passing out programs. That's right, I'm not in anything, not the dances not any skit ... NOTHING. I'm not complaining, I didn't come up with any skits to try and get in, but the skits I was a part of just didn't make it in. I stopped going but Koz was disappointed because he felt that I have the right to participate. OK so by participate he means I'll be selling tickets, passing otu programs and helping with make-up. It was a nice gesture but I really wanted to be in the show. I wish he would of told me I could of tried out for MC after the original day, I was sick and it sucks. He tells me the day it is too late that I could of tried out. That angers me. Tomorrow night I have to go to drivers ed tho so I won't be doing anything for the show unless its before or after my class. Hmmm what else is going on ... oh last week-end cool party at Kayla's! I love you Kay and Jess! Great times, although I will not talk about the happenings of this party. Um, yeah I can't concentrate on typing in this thing right now. I promise to keep my journal updated from now on. That's just a promise to myself, we will see how I do. Oh yea and I now have a myspace also. Ill talk to ya'll later. [24 Oct 2004|08:24pm] [ mood | sleepy ] [ music | drumline stuff ] Ok so yesterday we had a full day, first an away football game at Garnet Valley and then a competition in Washington Township. The day started off good, picked up Alyssa then headed off to band. We all got dressed and got on the buses to go to Garnet Valley. The band performed pre-game and we did an amazing job, the GV band was cheering so loudly for us. Sadly we lost the football game we were so pumped that the pre game show performance was going to reflect the comp performance the loss didn't bother us. We got back to the school and Lyss and me went to Burger King, good stuff. We got into a tiff with Joey D, and I tried to be the bigger person about it but no he had to flip out aobut things. The buses were late picking us up for the competition but we got there in time to practice and warm up and such. The PIT got into a fight before we performed but we came together and performed the best show yet. It's ashame the drumline screwed us over for best percussion. We won first place best guard and best music, congrats to the guard girls I knew you could do it. On the bus I had an emotional breakdown because lately I just don't feel like a part of the band, I'm always seperated from them because I can't climp the bleachers. So i flipped, everyone needed to know how I felt. That and Amanda was talking about me then denied it when i asked her about it, quite a few people came up to me and told me what she said so I know she did. Lyss spent the night and we made ourselfs some sandwich's and watched Crossroads and part of A Walk To Remember then fell asleep. We woke up and finished A Walk To Remember, takled for a little then she left for church. I slept from 9 until 3, watched the Eagles win then went bakc to sleep until 8. I don't know if I'll be able to sleep through the night but I probably will becuase I think I am starting to get sick. That's all for now, Peace, one love ashlee nicole 3 are in | are you in?

Road Trip [22 Oct 2004|11:13pm] [ mood | satisfied ] [ music | Summer Girls - LFO ] During second period today Amy and I decided we were going to go to dover tonight and watch Sallies football, not for football but because DW is in the band. The game wasnt at Salles though, it was Camden-Wyoming, DE. We didn't know if we were really going to do it or not but people were saying that we wouldnt do it, so we did. It took us two hours to get there but we had my navigation system a.k.a suzy, to help us. We didnt get lost at all, thank god cause I would have freaked. We ended up getting there before the band did because they stopped to eat dinner, which I must say we NEVER stop for dinner. We got some thundersticks that say GO SALLIES on them for proof that we actually went. We were standing against the fence and some random guy came up to Amy and started talking to her, his name was Dean, he lives in Jersey and is a freshman at Wesley college. During third quarter we got to hang with DW which was our whole purpose for going anyway, well mine at least. We left after he went back into the stands. It was quite an interesting night. Tomorrow is the football game and comp so I better head off to bed . Night Ashlee Nicole are you in?

A Day To Relax [20 Oct 2004|05:15pm] [ mood | sore ] [ music | Traveling Soldier - Dixie Chicks ] So we took third at the competition on Saturday, in my mind thats not so bad. Especially because we got BEST PERCUSSION ... yeah baby! I left there early because it was cold wet and rainy, not a fun time. I was supposed to hang out with Lyss and Dan but he never called back, so I just went to bed at 10:30. I don't even remember what I did Sunday, oh well. Monday, school obviously then variety show that night and again with school yesterday and band and variety show last night. Our instructor finally worked with us all night at band, and I'd say we did accomplish some things. I also had a dentist appointment yesterday at the most shady dentist office I've ever been in. I had to walk up tons of stairs and then I went into a random door that said dentist. The place was super small and a little bit dirty. SHADY. I wanted to bail but I need dental clearence for my surgery so my mom made me stay. Hopefully we find a new dentist. I got home after variety show last night and I was in so much pain I was crying before I even got out of my car. Honostly I wish that tomorrow was november 29th so I could be done with this pain and the stupid crutches. It's coming up but for me it's not soon enough. Well, I just figure I'd update, maybe I'll come up with something more interesting later. But for now I'm in pain and all I want to do is relax ... Ashlee Nicole 1 are in | are you in?

Fun Fun Fun [15 Oct 2004|11:14pm] [ mood | bouncy ] [ music | Faithfully - Journey ] Tonight was a great night! It's amazing the things you can do when you don't have band on Fridays. Ok so I got home from school and my phone rang. It was my friend Steve from Ridley, he wanted to go to the movies. So after changing my clothes I was off too pick him up. We then went to the bank because I had no money. I couldnt reach the ATM so I drove around and got out to do it. Short arms, lol, it was quite amusing. Me and Steve headed to the movies at Granite Run. We must have seen the worst movie ever made in history, Team America World Police. Okay, it had some funny parts but not really my favorite. After that we went and picked up Brenda and took Steve back to his house. Brenda and I went to Friendly's for dinner cause we were trying to waste time. Then we were SUPPOSED to meet up with Greg Gillespie and Dan Wyatt (who i have a big crush on) but things didn't really work out as planned. Fisrt of all, I couldnt get a hold of either one of them, so I called Gregs house and they said that he was going to meet us at Maggie Moo's. So I went there and waited but Greg didn't show. So I'm calling him frantically because I was afraid something happened to him and Dan still hadn't called back. I saw Vicki, Kelli, Lisa and Bridget and asked them if they had heard from Greg, but nope. Finally Greg calls to tell me he lost track of time and that he was sorry. So I head back towards Aston. Finally Dan calls, he got out of work later than he expected so he couldnt go out. So Brenda and I went to his house to visit with him. Then Kayla and Jess drove by then they came back and stopped to talk. We were all trying to convince him to break up with his gf. We hung there for a while but I had to get home so I took B home and now here I sit, getting ready to go to bed. What a Fun Night! Ashlee Nicole are you in?

wow [14 Oct 2004|04:16pm] [ mood | chipper ] [ music | LaLa - Ashlee Simpson ] I havent written in a while, I've been pretty busy. I have so much that I could talk about but i don't have the energy to type about it all. So for now I will say this weekend we have a competition in Allentown and I really hope that we do well cause another loss just won't do good for our egos. Oh and there is finally a friday that there is nothing for me to do so I can actually have a life. Um .. oh yea, homecoming was a blast and I am glad that I actually got to go (without crutches). I ordered four pictures off of that web site, there was one of me and Brenda, one of me and Jess Morgan, one of me Brenda Josh Low Alicia Greenwalt, Joey D and his girlfriend and one of me Dan Wyatt, Alyssa Kelso and Brenda. Hopefully they come soon! I have to get my camera developed too. Um .. ok .. i have to find something to eat before I go to band and variety show so I am gonna stop typing now. ~yay for band~ [25 Sep 2004|11:52pm] [ mood | impressed ] [ music | Here In My Room - Incubus ] We had a football game last night and we won so go Valley football boys! Today the band had our first competition of the year. We were nervous that we weren't going to do well but we ended up getting third place. Thats really good for how terribly we did yesterday at the football game. But that's all I have to say is yay for Sun Valley Marching Band. We have another comp next weekend so maybe we'll get better next weekend. Ok I'm on the phone with Alyssa so I'm gonna stop typing now. Goodnight. Ashlee Nicole 1 are in | are you in?
